What You Will Be Doing:
- Create project plans and schedules, define structures and tasks for diverse projects—from events, PR activities and technical updates to developing webinars and expanding an online educational platform for international clients.
- Assign responsibilities, efficiently manage resources, and coordinate activities among diverse functional teams (office management, IT, marketing, finance), including effective communication with sales consultants and practice developers to promote smooth collaboration.
- Confirm projects are progressing within deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards, while ensuring compliance with relevant market regulations.
- Drive projects to completion, guaranteeing all tasks are finalized and objectives fully achieved.
- Assist in resolving potential issues or obstacles, and manage risks or necessary changes as they arise.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and create presentations based on input from colleagues to provide insights on upcoming projects and updates on ongoing ones.
- Analyze and evaluate data from completed projects, identifying opportunities to improve products and processes.
- Participate in regular reporting meetings, with a strong focus on completing and closing out all project phases.

What You Need for This Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management or a similar role, ideally in a consultancy or educational project setting.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Experience with data analysis, including the ability to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Full professional proficiency in English (C1-C2 level), both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure compliance with market regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, work both independently and collaboratively, and present ideas persuasively to internal teams.
